Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.
  • If you require delivery outside South Africa, please contact us after placing an order.

Delivery time = 2-6 business days

Transit time: 1-4 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Flat delivery rate of R450.00

Carriers

We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on the delivery location and product type.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment status directly with the courier.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit:

  • Provide photos (for damaged items) and order details

We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
